Forum FAQ

Why do I have to register for the online forum?

Because we want our forum to be a place where people feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues, we ask all forum members to register. This is because the forum is behind a secure site, meaning it cannot be viewed without first logging in. This is one of many steps we take to protect your privacy.

Who has access to my registration information?

Only NTMir staff have access to your information. We NEVER sell your information, nor do we give it to third parties for any reason.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You can also email us at ntmmail@ntminfo.org and we will reset your password for you.

I can’t remember my user ID. What should I do?

Email us at ntmmail@ntminfo.org with your first and last name, and the email address you used to register for the forum. We will send you your user ID information.

Why can’t I log in to the forum?

Your computer’s web browser may be presenting an issue which makes the page work improperly. Try closing your internet browser, then opening it again and try to log in again. If this does not work, you can email us at ntmmail@ntminfo.org.

Why can’t I post my response in the forum?

Different computer browsers work differently – even on the same web page! Try clicking on “Preview Post” first. If you continue to have difficulties, email us at ntmmail@ntminfo.org. If your post is lengthy and you don’t want to have to retype it, just copy it and paste it into a Word document, then save the document on your computer so you can go back to copy and reinsert it into the forum response box later.
