Learner Agency in 7 different ways At the end of October 2018, the IB's Primary Year's Programme released the much-anticipated new digital resource, "PYP: From principles into practice" (available on My IB 's Programme Resource Centre). When my classroom starts buzzing with rich, student-led inquiry, I know that learner agency is high. They direct their learning with a strong sense of identity and self-belief, and in conjunction with others, thereby building a sense of community and awareness of the opinions, values and needs of others.
