With the high useage of antibiotics – perhaps this research may lead to some understanding of why we need probiotics to replace the good flora in our gastro intestinal tracts.

My appendix was just removed back in 1984 when the surgeons were doing a total hysterectomy. I was only informed afterwards.

I am wondering how many that are taking multiple antibiotics and have had problems adjusting to such useage, have had their appendix out also.

Could it also be that tonsils have more of a role in protecting the respiratory system than was known back when it was also routine to remove them, mine came out in 1932?

    ???????????
